EcoBoost provides over 80 trace minerals that are extracted from organisms naturally found in sea water. The natural minerals in your pond are depleted by fish, aquatic plants and other pond life. Providing these minerals back into the aquatic ecosystem enhances PondClear and simulates other native "good" bacteria already in your pond. The results are clear, fresh and clean water. EcoBoost is also great for fish, providing the natuarl trace minerals they need to stay healthy and grow faster.

Application:
Mix one scoop (included) of bulk powder in a clean pail with 2-3 gallons of pond water. If necessary, stir the solution until the water is completely brown. Evenly distribute this mixture by pouring it directly from the pail along the shoreline.

When to apply: Apply EcoBoost every four weeks when water temperatures are above 50 degrees Fahrenheit, or at the same time PondClear is applied. Wait three days after an algaecide and/or herbicide treatment to apply EcoBoost.

How does EcoBoost work? EcoBoost works by binding up excess nutrients, feeding Pond-Clear bacteria and polishing pond water. After EcoBoost has bound up the excess nutrients, the flocculated nutrients sink to the bottom, out of the water column. It is at this stage that our Pond-Clear natural bacteria can work at it's highest efficiency, breaking down nutrients on the bottom. EcoBoost allows you to "manage the nutrients" so you can manage water clarity.
